*****AMENDMENT 002**** This amendment fixes the date the RFQ closes to 4 September instead of 1 September. Provide all management, labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform maintenance of 94 existing boilers and water heaters located in 71 facilities across Minot Air Force Base. Services shall include preventative and corrective maintenance required to maintain reliable and safe operation of all covered equipment. The contractor shall also assume maintenance responsibility for any newly installed boilers for the duration of the manufacturer's warranty period, up to one year from the date of installation. Work also includes the removal and disposal of existing boilers and the furnishing and installation of replacement boilers as required. The contractor shall be capable of replacing up to 12 boilers annually, with no more than two boiler replacements occurring within any 30-day period. All services shall be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and associated contract requirements. Location: Minot Air Force Base, 194 Missile Avenue, Minot AFB, ND 58705. Questions may be submitted to the POCs and Contracting Officer listed above no later than 18 August 2026, 1:00pm, CST. as per Adda 1.
