Construction of a gravel access road, parking, concrete pad, and associated stormwater system improvements. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. Questions must be received by July 31, 2026 Skagit County Parks Department is requesting bid proposals for a prevailing wage project job to supply all labor, materials , equipment and supervision to construct a gravel access road, parking, concrete pad , and associated stormwater system improvements . All work performed under this contract shall conform to the current edition of the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) Standard Specifications for Road , Bridge , and Municipal Construction (Standard Specifications) , as supplemented by the project plans , special provisions , and any addenda issued for this project.
