Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Wenatchee, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The project involves providing improved access to the Pybus South Parking Lot to accommodate Electric Vehicle Chargers funded by Washington's Climate Commitment Act. The work includes grading the entire site to final subgrade elevations along Worthen Street south of Orondo Street. Construction includes underground utility preparation for electric charging units and future development, installation of Chelan PUD primary electrical line extension for a 480V 3 Phase transformer, purchasing and installing a 1200A switchboard compatible with PUD metering, purchasing a 600A panel board cabinet, and preparing foundations for electric vehicle chargers to be installed by others. The scope also includes preparing a 120V lighting control cabinet for future parking lot lighting. All work must be completed in accordance with the contract plans, special provisions, and the 2026 WSDOT Standard Specifications. The Engineer's estimated range of probable cost is $530,000 to $590,000.
