Renovation of a stadium in Quincy, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
This bid is to obtain a qualified person, firm, or Corporation, to provide professional construction services for a removable 100 x 50 sq. ft. (or similar dimension) modular removable ice-skating rink for the City of Quincy, Massachusetts. The bidder shall provide a fully operational , modular portable refrigerated ice rink and refrigeration suitable for up to four (4) months of outdoor ice from November to February at 43 Dennis Ryan Parkway, Quincy MA. The successful contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment required to complete the work. Price should include the compete removal of the rink as well. The city will provide a 208V 3 phase 1200-amp power source, a water source and a graded pad for the rin All inquiries regarding this bid should be directed to Kathryn R.
