The Owner invites Responses from qualified and experienced Respondents for the purpose of establishing a shortlist of Qualified Respondents eligible to receive an invitation to a subsequent solicitation for the DCNW Cooling Tower Upgrade Project at Douglas College's New Westminster Campus. This RFPQ is a pre-qualification process only. It is not a tender call, does not request pricing, and does not create a contractual relationship between the Owner and any Respondent. The Owner is conducting this pre-qualification because the contemplated Work involves the replacement and upgrade of critical campus infrastructure within an active post-secondary environment, requiring specialized expertise, coordination, and experience delivering similar institutional projects. Interested Respondents are invited to submit a Response to this RFPQ for evaluation to determine whether they qualify for inclusion on the shortlist of Qualified Respondents. Only Qualified Respondents will be invited to participate in a subsequent solicitation, if any. Douglas College invites Responses for the Request for Pre-Qualifications (RFPQ) for the Cooling Tower Upgrade at their New Westminster campus located at 700 Royal Ave, New Westminster, British Columbia V3M 5Z5. The cooling tower upgrade includes the removal and replacement of the cooling tower CT-1, as well as associated VFD. The upgrade also includes modification to the bird netting above the roof enclosure and re-piping of the cooling tower drain which will be piped to a sanitary drain on the level below.
