Site work and paving for a civil project in Quincy, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and bridge / tunnel.

Reconditioning of approximately 1.80 miles of rural roadway including common grading, pulverizing existing base, placing new aggregate base, roadside ditching, culvert work, intersection improvements, erosion control, site restoration, finish grading, asphalt paving, and shouldering. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required. The Work for which Bids are asked includes the following: CONTRACT 1 Road Base Reconditioning Work includes reconditioning approximately 1.80 miles of rural roadway. The project generally consists of common grad-ing, pulverizing the existing base, placing new aggregate base, roadside ditching, culvert work, intersection improvements, erosion control, and site restoration. Substantial completion is required by December 15, 2026, with final completion by December 30, 2026. CONTRACT 2 - Paving Work includes finish grading, asphalt paving, and shouldering for approximately 1.80 miles of rural roadway with 3-1/2 inches of hot-mix asphalt. Substantial completion is required by July 15, 2027, with final completion by July 30, 2027. Question Deadline 08/03/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
