Description

Site work, paving and renovation of a transportation facility in Baltimore, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.

Pre-Bid Questions (PBQ) 25 June 2026 at 5:00pm EDT/EST Project Cost Class C - $500,000 to $1,000,000 This Contract is for the construction of pavement improvements for the BWI Marc Station bus loop. The work involves : removal , repair and replacement of concrete pavement, the installation of concrete speed humps and the repair of an existing inlet and culvert outfall. This Contract also include additional construction services for the BWI MARC Station Doors CRS project . The work involves : installation of an already procured Draft Air Curtain at the North entrance and installation of a total of ten ( 10) automatic door openers to existing station vestibule and entry doors. The Contractor is to retrieve and install the MTA owned Air Curtain from a local MTA storage facility. The automatic door operators must be wired and coordinated with the Station Access Control and Systems Operation per documents. Construction of pavement improvements including removal, repair and replacement of concrete pavement, installation of concrete speed humps, and repair of an existing inlet and culvert outfall. Additional work includes installation of an air curtain and ten automatic door openers to station doors.
