Renovation of one vacant residential unit, including all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, and required permits to complete requested work items. Supply and Install Fan and cover in bathroom 2. Supply and Install Vanity Cabinet w/ Vanity Bowl and faucet 3. Supply and install new 16-inch elongated toilets and seats 4. Supply and Install New Medicine Cabinet with Mirror 5. Supply and Install New 5-piece bathroom Accessories 6. Clean and resurface Bathtub 7. Check and Inspect Gas Distribution (Stove) for service and repair any leaks. 2. Water Distribution (Bathroom & Kitchen) for leaks, repair leaks throughout whole unit 3. Inspect and Repair Drain, Water & Vent (Bathroom and Kitchen, toilets) run snake through sink in kitchen and Bathroom drainpipes Electrical: 1. Supply and Install all Switches / Receptacles outlets, GFI's , A/C outlet and metal cover plates. (White) 2. Supply and Install Electric Service Panel for Gaps/Missing Breakers/Doors.3. Supply and Install all light fixtures with LED integrated light fixtures, if missing or inoperable 4. Supply and Install all vents and covers throughout unit 5. Supply and install 10 YR lithium Smoke Detector in bedroom and Carbon/Smoke in hallways and living rooms Doors & Windows: 1. Supply and Install all interior door hinge and door knobs hardware including door stops(Do Not Paint Door Hinges) 2. Supply and Install all new hinges, weatherstripping, door knockers, peep holes and door sweeps on exterior doors (Do Not Paint Hinges) 3. Paint Canopy overtop of outside exterior door and all Canopies within 20 ft. Painting/Drywall Repair: 1. Supply all materials to Paint the Entire Units to Include: o o o Walls and ceilings shall be painted with two finish coats eggshell latex. Kitchen and bathroom walls & ceilings, and all doors, wood windows and wood trim shall receive a semigloss final finish coat. Paint All radiators Front and Back. Scrape and Paint All outside Canopy (Terracotta Red) and all outside handrails (Black)and drain pipe (Black) 20 ft out left and right of unit Paint shall be Sherwin Williams "Pro-Mar 200" in HABC Antique White color (or brand of equal color, finish, durability, etc.). The Contractor shall follow United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Lead-Based Paint Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) Program Rules. Flooring: 1. Supply and install lifeproof Rigid Core Luxury Vinyl Flooring throughout entire unit 2. All floors must be level before applying flooring... 3.
