Site work for a mixed-use development in Fort Bliss, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a military facility; and transportation facility.
Repair damage caused by a train at Railroad Tracks Gate #4, including replacement of railroad ties, ballast, derailer, missing tie plates and spikes, chain link fence, and vehicular gate. Upon completion of repairs, verify track geometry to ensure compliance with applicable standards. Provide all labor, materials, equipment, services, fees, and construction support necessary to complete and obtain acceptance of the work. Construction shall be performed in a professional and collaborative manner, delivered safely and on schedule, and remain compliant with all regulatory codes and standards. Contractors shall have a minimum of five years of experience performing similar railroad work and maintain full compliance with Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) certification requirements. A Superintendent shall be present at all times during project performance and must be directly employed by the prime contractor. The estimated magnitude for this requirement is between $100,000 and $250,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. All questions and requests for information (RFI) must be received NO LATER THAN August 19, 2026, at 2:00PM MDT.
