Estimated Cost: $1,726,000.00 Bid deposit for the general bid in the amount of five (5) percent of the value of the bid or a bid bond. COMMENCEMENT OF WORK AND TIME OF COMPLETION - The selected General Bidder must agree to commence work within five (5) days of the execution of a General Contract and to be substantially complete by JUNE 30, 2027. Question Deadline 10/30/2026 All questions and requests for clarifications or interpretations of the meaning of the Contract Documents shall be in writing, addressed to City Hall-Purchasing Division, 455 Main St, room 201, Worcester, MA 01608, email: McDonaldS@worcesterma.gov The Awarding Authority reserves the right to waive any informality in, or to reject any or all general bids, if it were in the public interest to do so.
