Road and street improvements including utilities, grading, and drainage. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, Certified Check required. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to Engineer. Questions received less than three days prior to the date for opening of Bids will not be answered Scope of Work Widening of Perry Highway, median reconfiguration, sidewalk, ADA ramps, drainage, signage, pavement markings, traffic signal updates and other roadway work as per the enclosed Plans (Contract Drawings). It is intended that the work described in this Contract be complete in every detail , including furnishing, constructing, installing, removing and testing all equipment, materials and products necessary for the aforementioned scope of work. All work is to be performed within Public Right of Way. Any work performed outside of Public Right of way will be the CONTRACTOR's responsibility to coordinate with private property owners.
