Grande Prairie Regional Emergency Partnership (GPREP) and Grande Prairie Police Services (GPPS) at City on 99, located at 9910 - 99 Avenue, Grande Prairie, AB T8V 0R5. Construction will take place on the basement level of City on 99. The Project shall be completed in an efficient and cost-effective manner, with specific regard to the drawings and specifications outlined in Attachments 1 and 2 which have been prepared by Scheunhage Popek & Associates Engineering. The work details include, but not limited to: Consists mainly of Architectural, Electrical, Security and Communications Complete work in compliance with National Building Code- Alberta Edition 2023, National Energy Code for Buildings Canada 2020, Canadian Electrical Code 2024, and other Codes, Acts & Legislation as applicable. The Contractor shall perform work in accordance with all Notes and Specifications as laid out in drawing Attachments 1 and 2. Keep project deliverables and construction schedule up to date for review at site meetings. All shop drawings are to be reviewed and approved by the project's Consultant. Supervise and co-ordinate the activity of all sub-contractors/ sub-trades. Contractor to arrange for all required inspections. When submitting Project Substantial Performance documentation, it must include 1 digital and 1 hard copy of As-Built Drawings. Perform final construction review with the Consultant at the conclusion of the project warranty period.
