Construction of a new water treatment facility with packaged gravity filtration, precast treatment building, and buried concrete tanks. Installation of process equipment (well pumps, filters, blowers, aeration, chemical feed, piping), mechanical and electrical control systems, backup emergency generator, and public water supply well(s). Raw watermain installation, street patching, and paving. Demolition of existing facility, site restoration, and water tower improvements including tank mixer, level monitoring, and isolation valve replacement.
