Description

Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Yakima, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a 72,000-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

The project consists of replacing Hoover Elementary School and Garfield Elementary School using a prototype two-story design. Hoover Elementary, to be constructed on an occupied campus, will be approximately 76,000 sq. ft., and Garfield Elementary will be approximately 72,000 sq. ft. Both schools will be delivered under a single GC/CM contract with an anticipated GMP .
