Construction of a band storage building onstruction of one (1) 20' x 40' metal storage building at Blacksburg High School, 201 W. Ramseur Street, Blacksburg, SC 29702, with the following minimum specifications: Vertical metal siding and metal roof Concrete slab/floor Two (2) garage doors ( 10' high x 8' wide) Include an allowance of $5,000 for the garage doors within the quote pricing Two (2) man doors Two (2) windows Electrical to include - Four (4) interior lights -Six (6) exterior wall pack lights - Six (6) receptacles The required completion date for this project is January 1 , 2027. The work shall include required site preparation, excavation, grading, foundation and concrete work, utility connections, electrical distribution, trenching, backfill, testing, cleanup, and restoration of areas disturbed by construction. The building, foundation, slab, anchorage, structural components, and electrical work shall be designed and installed in accordance with applicable building codes, accessibility requirements, manufacturer requirements, and required wind, seismic, and other design loads. The contractor shall provide engineered or sealed drawings when required by the permitting authority. The contractor shall obtain and pay for all permits, licenses, plan reviews, inspections, and approvals required for the work. The contractor shall coordinate inspections and provide evidence of final approval before requesting final payment. Metal panels, roofing, trim, doors, windows, hardware, lighting, receptacles, switches, conduit, panels, conductors, and related components shall be new, commercial-grade materials suitable for the intended use. Final colors and finishes shall be selected or approved by the District before ordering. The contractor shall protect existing facilities and operations, remove construction debris, repair damage caused by the work, and leave the site clean and ready for use. At closeout, provide applicable warranties, product information, approvals, and asbuilt information.
