Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Niles, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The proposed project consists of constructing a new water main crossing beneath Mosquito Creek and US 422. Due to the presence of the creek, bridge, and roadway infrastructure, trenchless construction methods will be required. The anticipated approach includes Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) beneath Mosquito Creek and jack and casing (jack & bore) beneath US 422, as necessary. Engineering services will be needed to advance the project through design, permitting, and bidding, resulting in a complete and constructable package for implementation. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
