Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, and related services necessary to dismantle, remove, and dispose of a government-owned wooden bleacher set and furnish and install one new telescopic seating system. Work includes delivery, installation, and all activities required to provide a complete and functional seating system that meets the specified salient characteristics. Must accommodate a minimum of 60 adult spectators. o The benches must be made of heavy-duty, impact resistant polymer/plastic material. o 100% welded closed-seam structural steel understructure capable of supporting maximum spectator weight loads safely. o Mechanically retractable with an option for motorized operation (compatible with a 208 Volt, 3-phase power available 28 feet to the left of the bleacher location or a 120 Volt 1 -phase power directly behind the bleacher location).
