Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Hinton, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,344-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
For the purchase and installation of one new open-sided pole barn/post-frame structure. The structure must measure approximately 24 feet wide by 56 feet long and must have a minimum height of 14 feet at the lowest point to provide adequate clearance for equipment. A lean-to-style structure is preferred; however, post-frame, gable, or other suitable structural designs will be considered. The structure must be wall-less/open-sided and designed to provide a covered area for equipment and operational use. Construction material type is flexible, provided the proposed materials are suitable for the intended use and provide a durable, structurally sound finished structure. The bid price must include all costs associated with materials, delivery, labor, equipment, and complete installation of the structure. Bidders should clearly identify the proposed construction type, materials, dimensions, and any site preparation, foundation, anchoring, or other work that is included or excluded from the bid.
