Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Richfield Springs, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a retail development; and multi-residential development.

The scope of work includes removing the ramp from the front of the building and installing an appropriate stoop for the entrance, replacing four large windows with upgraded thermal panes and nine side windows on the East side of the building, as well as fixing the exterior masonry on the front of the building.
