Question Response Deadline:August 21, 2026, 5:00pm Scope of Services PROJECT OBJECTIVE The objective of this procurement is to select a single qualified Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contractor to provide complete turnkey delivery of the Carbon Coal 115 kV to 13.2 KV, 30 MVA Substation. The selected Provider shall be responsible for all engineering, procurement, permitting, construction, testing, commissioning, startup, training, and project closeout necessary to deliver a complete, fully operational, and accepted facility.
