Description

Site work for a mixed-use development in Campbell River, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a residential development.

This RFP applies to and governs the preparation of Proposals for the Contract listed above. The Contract is generally for the construction of a 48 lot subdivision, constructed wetland and off-site servicing infrastructure on Farwell Road and Willis Road. On-site work is expected to generally consist of: Clearing, grubbing, topsoil stripping/stockpiling; Site & lot grading, excavation, and removals; Utility installation; Road, sidewalk, pathway & lighting installation; Earthworks, utilities, planting and commissioning for a constructed wetland. Off-site work is expected to generally consist of: Sanitary sewer installation with trenching in arterial and local roads, and crossing a provincial highway; Watermain installation with trenching in a local road; Road construction to a City of Campbell River collector standard.
