Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and installation services necessary to replace the existing degraded training area and worn turf at the Brigade Headquarters with a permanent, high-quality, and resilient artificial turf system. The work shall include preparation of the site, installation of artificial turf, field markings, lane numbering, and incorporation of the 5th Armored Brigade logo. The turf area shall measure 84 feet by 102 feet and include a 22-foot western open turf section, a 50-foot central lane section, and a 12-foot eastern open turf section. The central section shall be divided into five equal lanes measuring 10 feet wide each. Six white lines, each approximately 82 feet 6 inches long, shall be marked across the field. Each lane shall contain a number from 1 through 5, measuring 3 feet 6 inches in height and 1.5 feet in width, centered within the lane and positioned 3 feet from the starting line. The 5th Armored Brigade logo shall be centered within the 50-foot lane section and measure 15 feet long by 7.5 feet wide. The primary structural lines of the "A" symbol shall be Jet Black, the lower half shall be Crimson Red, the upper half shall be White, and the logo borders shall be Hunter Green. The completed installation shall provide a safe, durable, and modernized physical training environment that eliminates existing safety hazards and supports Army readiness.
