Renovation of an educational facility in Hastings, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Hastings Area School System is seeking proposals in conjunction with the OMNIA purchasing cooperative for roof replacement and renovation at Central Elementary. Bid Security by a qualified surety authorized to do business in the state where the Project is located and in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Base Bid shall accompany each proposal. The Bid Security may be in the form of a Bid Bond , Cashiers Check, or Money Order The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and to waive informalities, irregularities, and/or errors in the bid proposals, which they feel to be in their own best interest. Install new layer of 1.5" of polyisocyanurate insulation and mechanically fasten insulation to purlins per manufacturer's instructions. Install tapered insulation around drains to provide 8x8 foot drain sumps. Install new 1/8" Tremboard AC cover board to new insulation substrate using low rise foam insulation adhesive. Adhere new Tremply TPO Max 60mil to new coverboard using TPO bonding adhesive. Install new pre-engineered, wind-rated Tremlock 215 perimeter edge metal system around the entire perimeter. Install all related details per manufacturer's installation requirements. Provide manufacturer inspections & reporting throughout the entirety of the project. Provide 20-year QA Warranty with inspections & housekeeping in years 2, 5, 10, 15
