Building 11 improvements at Tacoma Community College. Scope of Work This Request for Qualifications is for the purpose of selecting an Architect for up to two phases for the Building 11 Improvement Project located at 6501 S 19th St, Tacoma, WA: 1) Pre-Design: Perform scope and budget validation, including preliminary design sufficient for the Architect to estimate construction costs. Following Phase 1, if TCC elects to proceed. 2) Perform design services and provide support to TCC for a General Contractor/Construction Manager selection and construction of the project. This project includes the design and construction of improvements to Building 11 using the General Contractor/Construction Manager delivery method. In addition to addressing aged finishes in common areas, lighting upgrades, AV upgrades, and restroom reconfigurations are a priority.
