Renovation of a water / sewer project in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The Utah Division of Wildlife Resources (UDWR) and the Fishlake Forest Service Fillmore Field Office ( USFS) is requesting services for the installation of an estimated ~24,000 feet of HDPE Fusible Pipe. Project will consist of a Contractor installing an estimated ~24,000' (4.54 miles) of 2" fusible pipe ( SDR 11 minimum of 200 PSI) , along with fusing the pipeline together upon installation. Contractor will also be required to supply three (3) rubbber tire troughs, metal floats, valve covers and float protectors and connect the pipeline to all three (3) rubber tire troughs. Project is located in Millard County within USFS Administrated Lands. Contractor will need to provide the above mention pipe size along with the total footage listed above. Including all labor costs, equipment and materials to install the pipeline, fuse fittings and connect the pipeline to the three (3) new rubber tire troughs within the project outline. UDWR will provide or purchase from the contractor additional pipefittings, floats, cement for troughs and or additional connection for the project. Project is located northwest of Holden, Utah, on USFS Properties. Elevation is 5,400 - 5,800 feet with moderate rolling topography. Vicinity maps showing sites are attached. Access to site is by dirt road. Some north facing slopes will have trees and brush. Project will follow an existing pipeline and will need to be installed within the original footprint. Question Deadline 08/03/2026 at 2:00 PM MT Location : online portal It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor. The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the number of contract awards is: Lowest Cost per foot. Vendor must guarantee its pricing for duration of the project.
