Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Crofton, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Design and installation of a zebra mussel abatement system to protect the powerhouse raw water intakes and intake piping at the Gavins Point Project. Work includes providing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to install a new zebra mussel mitigation system. Significant features include installation of two local tank skids with integral spill containment pallets, installation of two pump skids for chemical distribution, power supply connections for distribution pumps and ancillary distribution equipment, and integration of the distribution pumps with existing raw water flow meters. The contractor shall commence work upon contract award and complete the project within 210 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The estimated construction cost is between $250,000 and $500,000. Location: Gavins Point Project, 88401 Highway 121, Crofton, NE 68730.
