Question Acceptance Deadline 08/19/2026 03:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online Yes Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary for a complete fencing installation, including: A. Perimeter Fencing o Install approximately 1,056 LF of 4-ft vinyl-coated chain- link fencing o Include bottom tension wire All posts set in concrete Black color preferred (alternatives may be proposed with pricing) B. Internal Fencing - Small Dog Area o Install fencing to create a designated small-dog section o Same height and material as perimeter Include one gated entry into the small-dog area C. Gates: The fencing installation shall include the following gates, all ADA-compliant for width, hardware, and operability: 1. Main Entry Gates (Public Access): - One ADA-compliant pedestrian gate providing entry into the fenced "airlock" area. O Visitors shall close the first gate behind them before proceeding. - From the airlock, visitors may choose to open either: An ADA-compliant gate into the Small Dog Area, or A separate ADA-compliant gate into the Large Dog Area. 2. Maintenance Gates: - One rear maintenance gate located at the back of the Large Dog Area for mower and equipment access. - One side maintenance gate providing access into the Small Dog Area for maintenance operations. - Both maintenance gates shall be double-width and lockable, suitable for small equipment entry. All gates must include self-closing hinges, secure latches, and be constructed of the same vinyl-coated chain-link material as the perimeter fencing. ADA Compliance: All pedestrian gates shall comply with ADA accessibility requirements, including minimum clear width, operable hardware, and ease-of-use standards.
