Site work for a water / sewer project in Harvey, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Harvey, IL is seeking Bids from qualified contractors in response to an RFQ for Water System Upgrades (Flow Meter). Every request for such explanation shall be submitted by email to procurement@cityofharveyil.gov by Friday, August 14th, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. (CST). Scope of Work The Scope of Work as part of this Solicitation is to replace (5) five 10 flow meters at the Harvey Pump Station. The flow meters will be procured by the City, details of the meters are included in Appendix A. The selected contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, insurance, traffic control, and associated costs to successfully complete the work. All restoration work to return the site to existing conditions is also included.
