Site work for a water / sewer project in Harvey, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Harvey, IL is seeking Bids from qualified contractors in response to an RFQ for Water System Upgrades (Water Main Replacement). Every request for such explanation shall be submitted by email to procurement@cityofharveyil.gov by Friday, August 14th, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. (CST). Scope of Work The Scope of Work as part of this Solicitation is to replace in kind 660 feet of 6 water main located at E 150th Steet and Morgan Street. The water main to be replaced runs along the west edge of Morgan Street from 150th Street to 151st Street. The 660 feet of water main shall be replaced via directional drilling. Water service connections on the line shall be reconnected to the new water main. The selected contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, insurance, traffic control, and associated costs to successfully complete the work. All restoration work to return the site to existing conditions is also included.
