Long Post, Beam Guardrail Type 31 - 9 Ft. Long Post, Beam Guardrail Type 31 Non- Flared Terminal , Installing Guide Posts, Project Temporary Traffic Control , Traffic Control Supervisor, Flaggers, SPCC Plan *** and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. The project is federally funded through Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) and has a Federal Small Business Enterprise (FSBE) participation goal of twelve percent (12%). The project is estimated to cost in the range of $767,000 to $910,000. Please note the required time of completion in Section 1-08.5 of the Special Provisions. A five percent (5%) bid security is required.
