Removal and replacement of flooring in general and public spaces, including demolition of old carpeting, base coverings, and trim; concrete subfloor preparation; and installation of commercial-grade Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) with transition strips and cove or rubber base. ny material that cannot be reused or matched must be replaced . Removal includes removing old carpeting and any remainders of binding material that is present and could/would interfere with the new flooring installation. Any materials, base coverings , trim, or other items removed during demolition that cannot be matched to the current building standard must be replaced. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision , transportation, and disposal necessary to complete the following: Demolition: 2.
