Jackson County Public Schools is seeking Statements of Qualifications from professional engineering firms to evaluate the existing athletic field and related site infrastructure at Smoky Mountain High School and provide professional engineering services for the design and construction administration of the turf replacement project, if replacement is recommended. Assess existing drainage, grading, utilities, and other site conditions that may impact the project. Advise Jackson County Public Schools on repair, renovation, and replacement options. Prepare engineering plans, specifications, bid documents, and cost estimates if replacement is recommended. Provide design services for the replacement project, if necessary. Provide construction administration and project oversight during construction, including periodic site observations and review of contractor work.
