Design an anticipated 2.75 inch mill and 3.25 inch HMA overlay and a two-lane left-turn lane between the 240th Street intersections. Additional work includes gravel shouldering, spot curb & gutter replacement, spot sidewalk replacement, curb ramp upgrades, curb bump-outs, rectangular rapid flashing beacons, tree grates, utility casting adjustments, culvert cleaning, culvert endwall replacement, adding culvert endwalls, culvert replacement, culvert lining, pavement marking, and replacing traffic signals at 2nd Avenue. Structure B-48-0039 will receive concrete surface repair to girders, abutment, and pier, fiber wrap girder ends, and parapet sealing. Under a separate project number the Village of Osceola replace a watermain including services to adjacent properties, and utility castings adjustments. Anticipated to be constructed under traffic utilizing single-lane flagging operations. Construct bridge work with continuous single-lane closures. Provide temporary pedestrian accommodations.
