Demolition and disposal of existing site features, installation of natural grass athletic fields, walkways, bleachers, pole barns, lighting, fencing, and utility improvements including trenching, stormwater, and electrical conduits. The project's scope includes but is not limited to: 1. Demolition and disposal of the existing site features in the work area including but not limited to clearing, temporary soil erosion and sediment control measures, milling and disposal of existing asphalt, concrete curbing, placement of asphalt pavement courses, saw cutting, etc. 2. Installation of the natural grass athletic fields, walkways, bleachers, athletic field equipment, pole barns, light poles and fencing including but not limited to grading, compaction, stone sub-base, concrete sidewalks pads, curbs and sidewalks, groundcover and grass, scoreboards, fencing & gates, athletic field netting, football goal systems, etc. 3.
