T& M PROJECT NUMBER: GLTM -00002 There will be no Prebid meeting for the project; however, it is recommended that all bidders visit the project site located at the intersection of N. Kings Street (CR 631) and Broadway (CR 551) in Gloucester City, prior to submitting a bid. All questions during the bidding period shall be directed to the City as listed on the BidNet Direct website. The scope of Work contemplated for the above-named Project includes the construction of new concrete curb, sidewalk, heavy duty asphalt pavement, and striping and signage for the realignment of the N. King Street (CR 631) with intersection with Broadway (CR 551) as well as all other Work of any type or description necessary for contemplation of the Project, whether or not specifically described in these Contract Documents. All Work on this Contract shall be completed within one hundred and twenty (120) Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. All questions shall be submitted via email to Charles J.
