Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Dardenne Prairie, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Removal and replacement of deteriorated concrete street pavement, sidewalks, curb, and related improvements. PROJECT The new Project includes approximately 33,578 square feet of concrete street pavement replacement, approximately 1,224 square feet of sidewalk replacement, approximately 121 square feet of ADA curb ramp and inlet pad improvements, and approximately 68 linear feet of vertical curb replacement. The work is distributed across multiple subdivisions and locations within the City. The selected Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, traffic control , excavation, hauling, disposal , grading , forming, reinforcement, concrete placement, finishing, jointing, backfilling , site restoration, and other incidental work necessary to complete the Project. All improvements shall be constructed in accordance with the St. Charles County Standard Specifications for Subdivision Street Construction, dated February 2014, or as amended thereafter. The Contractor shall coordinate construction activities with the City, maintain safe access for residents and emergency vehicles, provide advance notice of scheduled work, and restore all disturbed pavement, yards, landscaping, and adjoining property upon completion. Scope of Work Generally, the work shall consist of furnishing all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, traffic control , disposal , and incidentals necessary to remove and replace designated concrete street pavement, sidewalks, curbs, curb ramps, inlet pads, and related improvements at locations identified in the Contract Documents and Project Location Schedule. The quantities shown in the bid document are estimates provided for bidding purposes. The Contractor shall verify field conditions and dimensions before beginning work and shall immediately notify the City of any conflicts, discrepancies, unsuitable conditions, or necessary changes.
