Solicitation Notice for the Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort McCoy, Wisconsin has a requirement to construct site and utility improvements and stormwater management facility construction for preparation of building construction at Fort McCoy, WI. All questions, concerns, verification or clarification of information regarding this solicitation, scope and any documents included in the solicitation package shall be submitted in writing to todd.a.dempsey.civ@army.mil no later than 10:00 AM, Central Time, July 22, 2026. Include in the subject line of the email the Government's solicitation number; failure to do so will lessen the Government's ability to ensure all questions are considered during the bidding process. Provide your company name, POC and contact information in the body of the email. The magnitude of this project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
