Demolition, site work, paving, new construction and renovation of a recreation facility in Morrison, Colorado. Completed plans call for the construction of a 248-square-foot recreation facility; for the renovation of a recreation facility; and for the demolition of a recreation facility.
Construction of a new 248-square-foot storage facility including concrete, masonry, steel, and MEP systems; installation of an automated backstage access gate with traffic control and electrical infrastructure; and refurbishment of North and South stage tower stairs including structural steel replacement, concrete repairs, and electrical lighting integration. The project also includes limited electrical work associated with removal and replacement of existing handrail lighting, new conduit and junction boxes , and coordination with existing electrical systems . As the work occurs within a designated historic landmark, contractors shall preserve existing stair geometry, protect historic features and exposed rock formations , and coordinate construction activities to minimize impacts to ongoing amphitheater operations .
