The Consultant who is selected for this project and all Subconsultants the Prime Consultant will be using are scheduled to attend an initial meeting on November 10, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Bureau of Airport Engineering Office in Springfield. Professional services are required for project management, project support, engineering, and other functions as necessary to accomplish various tasks within the Division of Aeronautics. The Consultant will be available to provide staff responsible for assisting the Division of Aeronautics in furtherance of the Division's goal of improving project and program oversight, implementation, and administration in accordance with the Illinois Aeronautics Act and programs administered through the Federal Aviation Administration.
