The purpose of the demolition project of Building 12 is to prepare for the construction of the new Pickleball Court project. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c. 149 44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c. l49 26 to 27H inclusive. The Town Administrator and/or Select Board will act as the Awarding Authority for this IFB. The Town of Hingham reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive minor informalities, and to award the contract in the best interest of the Town. Bidders shall be DCAMM Certified in Demolition. Estimated value $350,000 - $400,000. Question Deadline 08/19/2026 at 11:00 AM ET must make request for such information through the question section of the electronic bid portal *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
