Site work, new construction and renovation of a civil project in Swan Lake, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The project generally consists of, but is not necessarily limited to, the following major items: Schedule 1 - Water System Improvements: Installation of an 8" C900 PVC water main, connection to existing mains, valves, fittings, fire hydrants, service line reconnections, grading, asphalt surface restoration, and general surface restoration. Schedule 2 - Wastewater System Improvements: Installation of a 15" SDR35 PVC gravity sewer main, directional drill a 2" DR11 HDPE force sewer main, connection to existing sewer mains, manholes, manhole rehabilitation, service line reconnections, grading, asphalt surface restoration , and general surface restoration. Schedule 3 - Holt Drive Sewer Services: Installation of 1-1/4" DR11 HDPE force sewer service lines, duplex grinder pumps, service line connections, and electrical connections. Schedule 4 - Lift Station Generators: Installation of standby generators at two lift station sites, site work, site electrical, and SCADA integration and programming. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing . Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by ENGINEER in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed ordelivered to all parties recorded by ENGINEER as having received the Bidding Documents.
