Renovation of a mixed-use development in White City, Oregon. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

Renate interior surfaces throughout the facility, including walls, floors, ceilings, and corner guards. Provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work in accordance with the statement of work, drawings, specifications, and applicable manufacturer installation requirements. Remove existing wall finishes and hardware as required, prepare surfaces by cleaning, patching, and HEPA or wet sanding to match surrounding areas, and install new wall coverings, wainscoting, or paneling with professional workmanship. Apply high-performance primer and premium paint using brush and roller methods only; spray application is not permitted. Wall work includes approximately 14,500 square feet. Remove and dispose of existing flooring and underlayment, perform abatement as required, and install new carpet or resilient flooring with all necessary surface preparation. Repair and retexture walls where base materials are removed. For subfloor replacement, establish an asbestos barrier and obtain a third-party negative air test before removal activities. Install 6-inch coved resilient base with fir cap for sheet goods and continuous resilient base for carpet. Floor work includes approximately 7,370 square feet. Remove existing ceiling tiles, clean debris, inspect and prepare the ceiling grid as needed, and replace all ceiling tiles, including those associated with fixtures, using high-performance products. Ceiling work includes approximately 470 square feet. Replace existing vinyl corner guards and associated metal brackets in kind. Corner guard replacement includes approximately five units.
