This is a request for a 1-year base period with four 1-year option periods for generator maintenance services at the White City VA Medical Center. The contractor shall provide testing and exercise services for four diesel-powered Emergency Power Supply (EPS) installations at the VA Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Center and Clinics (VA SORCC) in White City, Oregon. Testing and exercising of the generators shall be performed in accordance with NFPA 110 requirements. In accordance with NFPA 110 Section 8.4.2.3, each EPS installation shall be exercised with supplemental loads at not less than 50 percent of the EPS nameplate kW rating for 30 continuous minutes and at not less than 75 percent of the EPS nameplate kW rating for 1 continuous hour, resulting in a total test duration of not less than 1.5 continuous hours. Location: VA Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Center and Clinics (VA SORCC), 8495 Crater Lake Highway, White City, OR 97503.
