Project Summary: The work consists of implementing safety countermeasures along the SR 453 northbound off-ramp to SR 46 in Lake County, Florida. Improvements include signing for speed reduction, raised rumble strips, installation of a linear delineation system, and replacement of overhead sign panels with associated lighting. The project also includes lane assignment modifications for the eastbound SR 46 to southbound SR 453 ramp, with corresponding updates to signing, pavement markings, and pedestrian/bicycle features. ITS improvements include a new ADMS and V-CCTV to support traffic operations and monitoring.
