Site work, remodeling and renovation of an educational facility in Palos Hills, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for the remodel of a educational facility.
Replace flooring, pool deck and wall finishes at Moraine Valley Community College. Project includes the renovation of interior finishes for the Pool along with adjacent locker rooms, family locker rooms, and single user toilet room. The project focuses primarily on flooring, with replacement of existing epoxy and sheet vinyl by new epoxy. Also included is replacement of associated sheet vinyl and rubber wall base with new epoxy and rubber wall base. Remediation of moisturedamaged surfaces will be completed under a separate project, and this project includes gypsum and tile wall repairs at areas of remediation. Plumbing scope includes replacement of shower fixtures and bottle fountain, along with removal and reinstallation of toilet fixtures to accommodate the new flooring installation.
