Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract a qualified CONTRACTOR to repair and improve public beach access parking lots along Hickory Boulevard in Bonita Springs , Florida . There are eight (8 ) sites in total Beach Accesses 2 through 9. The work includes repaving parking areas , improving drainage, adding ADA-accessible spaces, installing native landscaping , and restoring the overall appearance and safety of each site. Furnishing all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, tools, supplies, and services necessary for proper execution and completion of the Work. Temporary erosion and sediment control measures and site protection. Existing asphalt pavement and parking areas demolition and re-pavement. Repair, regrading, and restoration of detention areas, shell parking areas, and pedestrian paths. Construction, replacement, and adjustment of concrete curbs and wheel stops. Pavement markings, striping, signage, and traffic control devices. 7. Landscaping, planting, stabilization, and removal of unsuitable vegetation.
