This Request for Tender is being issued by the Vancouver Island Health Authority (“Island Health”) as it is seeking tenders from qualified Respondents to complete the replacement of the exterior siding & soffits at the Trillium Lodge long term care facility, 401 Moilliet St, Parksville, BC V9P 2G9 (“the Project.”). The Project includes, but is not limited to, removal of existing exterior siding, soffits, and replacing with new Hardi siding. Rain & bug screen and building envelope wrap to be installed, estimated 30 windows to be replaced. Island Health prefers a Ready-for-Takeover date of March 31, 2027.
