Renovation of a library in Goldendale, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
Replacement of the elevator at the Goldendale Community Library. Scope of Work: The Work consists of the complete modernization/replacement of one hydraulic elevator serving three floors, including installation of a new microprocessor-based controller, new hydraulic power unit, new closed-loop door operator and restrictors, new car operating panel and hall stations, battery backup emergency return unit, cab interior finishes and LED lighting, new wiring and traveling cables, updated signage, adjustments, testing, and related modifications to electrical, HVAC, painting, access, fire alarm, sprinkler, and other systems as necessary to achieve a fully operational, code-compliant elevator. All labor, equipment, materials, supervision, permits, testing, inspections, and incidentals necessary for a complete and operating system are included. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond.
