Renovation of a transportation facility in Reno, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
Removal of ballast roof system over concrete-on-metal roof deck; installation of new, fully adhered single ply roofing membrane roof system; removal and replacement of parapet caps, tapered insulation, and safety railing at upper roof hatch. ; Tapered insulation The project consists of re-roofing the airfield storage building located at the Reno Tahoe International airport. The work will include the removal of ballast roof system over concrete on metal roof deck. The new roof system will consist of a fully adhered single ply roofing membrane. Additional work will include the removal and replacement of the parapet caps, tapered insulation in needed areas and a safety railing at the upper roof hatch. Bid alt #1 - Installation of a parapet ladder from the upper roof to the lower roof adjacent to the roof access hatch. Existing Roof Square Footage: 9,950 s.f.
