1. Drainage Work - This scope of work to be compliant but not necessarily limited to City of Nanaimo M.O.E.S.S. standards and specifications ( section 3). Supply all labor, materials and equipment to extend existing (0.150m ) PVC schedule 40 drainpipe approximately 10m and install a new precast concrete catch basin. Fill low area at southwest corner of site with native material and reinstate swale to new catch basin. 2. Demo - This scope of work to be compliant but not necessarily limited to City of Nanaimo M.O.E.S.S. standards and specifications (section 3). Supply all labor and equipment to remove and dispose of existing concrete (Approx 745M2). 3. Bulk Excavation - (Approx volume 265m3) - This scope of work to be compliant but not necessarily limited to City of Nanaimo M.O.E.S.S. standards and specifications (section 4). Supply all labor and equipment to remove and dispose of existing soil to a depth of 0.350m below underside of existing concrete. The existing soil conditions are unknown, so tenderer to include unit rates for additional over-excavation required as approved by RDN . Sub grade to be compacted to a modified proctor density of 95%. All sub-grade testing and approvals to be provided by RDN.
